Description
A privately owned urgent care center, the Caduceus Medical Clinic was built in Oldtown as a public care center that promoted itself as affordable and efficient. In reality it was built and funded by the Kulva in an attempt to boost their public image. Due to the lack of social services provided by Brookhaven, having a proper medical facility that is well funded was highly beneficial to those in the area. While at first the prices seem affordable, the Family manipulate insurance documents and put people in debt when they utilize the facility. They also purposely do not offer services related to substance abuse as they would rather people be addicted to their product. Unfortunately for the residents of Oldtown there are not many alternatives for them.
